Osteria Cantagallo has renewed the menu with new winter dishes . From November to January the palate prefers hot and tasty dishes made with seasonal vegetables and mixed grill, skillfully prepared by our Chef with the addition of our new Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Some winter proposals are the Pancotto, a traditional rustic soup prepared with pieces of stale bread boiled in broth, mezze maniche with meat sauce of slow cooked veal tail and roasted rabbit perfumed with Vernaccia. Highly recommended the soft whipped cream with Millarium vinsanto reserve flavoured Cantuccini.
For Tuscan cuisine lovers, Agriturismo Cantagallo organizes group lessons with our Chef. Sign up or give someone the package “Chef per un giorno” (Chef for one day) that includes a three-hour lesson followed by a delicious lunch where you can taste the dishes you have prepared. Agriturismo Cantagallo has a new look: the flats Orto, Uliveto and Rosmarino have recently been renovated. The wall and accessories of these holiday apartments remind of the colours of the surrounding nature: the green of Tuscan hills, the orange and yellow of Tuscan landscape.
